A shaped vertical growing system is a kind of DFT hydroponic growing method, commonly used in sun-trap areas. The advanced vertical farming greenhouse is a modern agricultural facility that integrates space optimization, efficient production, and intelligent control. It combines a three-dimensional planting structure with precise environmental control technology to create an ideal platform for urban agriculture, scientific research and teaching, and high-end agricultural product production. The greenhouse design breaks through the traditional flat farming model, realizes multi-layer cultivation in a limited space, significantly improves the output per unit area, and effectively responds to challenges such as land resource shortages and climate change.
The entire system adopts a modular combination structure, which is sturdy and durable, easy to install and maintain, and adapts to the planting needs of different scales. The internal integration of the LED plant lighting system, automatic irrigation device, environmental sensing module, and intelligent control platform monitors and adjusts key parameters such as light, temperature and humidity, and carbon dioxide concentration in real time to provide the best growth environment for crops. Regardless of whether it is sunny, rainy, cold or warm, stable planting can be achieved throughout the year to ensure the consistency of crop quality and yield.
The vertical farming greenhouse adopts a vertical planting rack design to support the simultaneous cultivation of multiple crops such as leafy vegetables, fruits, and medicinal plants. The high-density planting method significantly saves land use, and with a closed management system, it effectively reduces the risk of pests and diseases and reduces the use of pesticides, realizing a green and environmentally friendly production model.
