What problems do greenhouses solve?

The primary benefit of greenhouse cultivation is the protection of crops from hazards such as adverse weather, pests, and diseases. Providing an enclosed growing area prevents crops from suffering damage from extreme climate-related events such as sudden changes in temperature, which helps improve cultivation efficiency, crop quality and crop yield.

I have a special project; can you customize your greenhouses?

Yes, we can customize the length and width of greenhouses based on your farm shape, size or project needs while ensuring that we maintain the same pricing. We also can customize the design, type and structure of the greenhouse according to your specifications and project budget.

Why are your prices so expensive?

We focus a lot more on product quality and customer satisfaction above anything else, to do this, we use the best raw materials to ensure we offer the best structures in the market. For example, all the steel frame parts that we use to construct your greenhouse are hot dip galvanized with hot SENDZIMIR galvanization treatment zinc cover 275g±/M2. It guarantees the optimal performance of anti-corrosion, with 15-year service life.

While cheaper options on greenhouses might exist in the market, more often than not, we find clients coming back to use to repair these structures due to the substandard materials used to construct them. In our view, greenhouses are a serious investment that warrants the need to ensure that your structure can last longer to give you the return you expect.

We do offer our best prices with discounts to ensure we give a competitive price to our customers.

Which size of greenhouses do you construct?

We build greenhouses of any size and dimensions from as small as 60 square metres to as big as 10,000 square metres to meet the needs and budget of your farm.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take both Telegraphic Transfer (TT) and Letter of Credit (L/C) payment methods

What is galvanized steel?

When steel is galvanized, it means it has gone through a process where it is applied with a coating of zinc. This coating extends the life expectancy of steel by providing additional rust protection, allowing it to withstand corrosive environments and harsher weather. As a greenhouse frame, galvanized steel offers one of the best agricultural greenhouse materials available to farmers and growers to achieve a long-lasting structure. At Guniverse, we use premium quality components like galvanized steel (made in-house) to help our clients construct their greenhouses that are stable, long-lasting and good value for money.

Considerations to make while choosing greenhouse materials.

While choosing a greenhouse material, you need to consider the climate, budget and your growing needs. Glass can be one of the good choices if you are looking for an attractive and durable material. But it can be expensive and difficult to install.Polycarbonate is one of the lightweight and more affordable options than glass. But it does not provide the same light transmission level as the glass one. On the other hand, plastic film (polyethylene and polyolefin film) is the most economical option, but one has to replace them frequently due to their low durability issues.

Why plastic films are necessary for greenhouse construction?

Polythene film can be one of the economical options for greenhouse covering. It is easy to install, lightweight, and allows a good amount of light transmission. It is also available in various thicknesses and colors to suit the different growing needs of the customer. However, in terms of durability, it is not as durable as greenhouses with polycarbonate or glass covering.  It can easily tear in high wind or heavy snow conditions. Therefore, it requires more frequent replacement than any other material.

What cladding materials are commonly used for greenhouses?

The most commonly used cladding materials for agricultural greenhouses are plastic film, such as Polyethylene film or Polyolefin film. However, you can also use glass or polycarbonate sheet for your greenhouse if needed, which tends to be more expensive than plastic film greenhouses. As a more affordable and lightweight alternative to glass greenhouses, plastic film greenhouses are currently the most economical option in the market. At Guniverse, we offer both HDPE (high-density polyethylene) film and HDPO (high-density polyolefin) film as the covering materials to meet your needs for greenhouse. Additionally, we can also offer glass and polycarbonate sheet greenhouses as requested.
